We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The parking arrangement was convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore this city. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for us.

Spent Christmas here and the festive decor was amazing! The Christmas tree in the lobby was huge and beautifully decorated. The buffet selection was great and the food was delicious - especially the turkey! The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping street. The best part was the cozy fireplace in the lounge area, perfect for sipping hot chocolate on a chilly evening.
There were some negative aspects to note. The linens provided were not up to par - the blankets had an unpleasant odor and seemed worn out.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surroundings. the bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with toiletries. the hotel staff provided excellent service, ensuring all my needs were met during my stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel lacks in terms of supplying clean linens and towels, which was quite disappointing.

The lack of bathroom utilities and towels provided by the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have these essentials readily available.
